Canadian singer/songwriter David Myles is weighed down in his musical life by a slew of awards in his native Canada, but in Australia he is less well known.

After being bogged down with a slew of awards from his native Canada, Myles has traversed the globe and landed down under for the first time. With an appearance at the Woodford Folk Festival to welcome him to the country, he’s likely to swiftly build up fans in the red continent.

If you’re into acoustic folk music with note-perfect vocal (and pretty spectacular harmonies from Alan on backing vocals), then check out David Myles’ performance at Sessions and discover your new favourite artist.
