Bernard Fanning will head to Australian wineries for A Day On The Green in October and November.

The Fanning announcement kicks off the first tour of the 13th 2013-2014 season for A Day On The Green, although Fleetwood Mac have already been announced for a one-off A Day On The Green show in Geelong.

The Fanning A Day On The Green will also feature Sarah Blasko and Bob Evans. (Evans will appear on all shows except Perth). “I’m really looking forward to these a day on the green shows,” Fanning said. “I have been hearing about them for years and am glad to be playing my new songs in such a dignified setting. Bernard Fanning recently released his second solo album ‘Departures’. The album debuted at number one in Australia. It was Fanning’s first album of new music since the break-up of Powderfinger.
