Colin Hay Is Up To Funny Business

by Paul Cashmere on February 18, 2014

in Live,News

Colin Hay will perform a comedy show for the Melbourne Comedy Festival in April.

The former Men At Work singer is a very funny guy. If you have been to a Colin Hay show you will have already witnessed his hilarious banter between songs. Hay tells anecdotes about his career and the famous friends he has met along the way.

The comedy show will be an honest account of his time with Men At Work, his love affair with alcohol and the dark side of the music industry mixed with his music over the course of a few hours.

Colin Hay will present his show ‘Waiting For My Real Life’ during the Melbourne Comedy Festival at the Arts Centre Playhouse Melbourne on April 10, 11 and 12.

Colin Hay Shares A Few Stories With His Old Friends REVIEW Melbourne 11 Feb 18

There was something special about seeing Colin Hay perform a full show with his international band. He was extremely relaxed. Maybe that’s because it was his last show on the tour, maybe the home-town gig is always the best one, maybe he was in good company with wife in the band. The amazing Cecilia Noēl added a totally different feel to the performance.
