After three and a half years Mikelangelo & The Tin Star have decided to disband.
In that time, Mikelangelo & The Tin Star released the album ‘The Surf ‘n’ Western Sounds of Mikelangelo and the Tin Star’ through Stuart Coupe’s Laughing Outlaw label.
“I’ve decided its time to call it a day with the Tin Star’, Mikelangelo said in a statement.
The final show will be on Sunday July 7. “We’ve done a lot great shows over the last three and a half years and we’ll be playing our final show at the Corner Hotel for the Leaps and Bounds Festival”.
The Corner Hotel show will be a Sunday matinee from 1pm with The Blackeyed Susans. Pop chanteuse St Clare will perform with Mikelangelo at the final show.
