Bah Humbug Gwen Stefani Has Made A Christmas Album

Gwen Stefani is the latest star to go down the road of desperation for every artists – the Christmas album.

Christmas albums can be cash cows for artists. They don’t have to write much, if anything. They don’t have to tour the record. They just need to turn up in a studio mid year, sing the words that were written half a century ago or more and then wait for the cash register to go ‘ka-ching’.

The album features the obvious like “Jingle Bells”, ‘Silent Night”, the contemporary “Last Christmas’ and the product placement ‘You Make It Feel Like Christmas’ with Blake Shelton.

Stefani wrote three new songs for the record, just to insure a few extra publishing bucks come her way.

‘You Make Me Feel Like Christmas’ is the first Stefani seasonal record.

It features:

Jingle Bells
Let It Snow
My Gift Is You
Silent Night
When I Was A Little Girl
Last Christmas
You Make It Feel Like Christmas
Under The Christmas Lights
Santa Baby
White Christmas
Never Kissed Anyone With Blue Eyes
Christmas Eve
