Santa Barbara’s Beware of Darkness have released an explosive video for ‘Muthafucka’.

The Beware of Darkness video is set in a crumbling warehouse and has designed to show the power of the band’s performance. It makes a great contrast to the original lyric video featuring cats.

Beware of Darkness ‘Are You Real’ is also streaming at Noise11 iHeartRadio this week.

Beware of Darkness formed in Santa Barbara, California in 2010 after taking their name from a George Harrison song.

Beware of Darkness played their first show at LA’s iconic Roxy Theatre. They soon toured with Social Distortion and The Wombats then Deftones, Stone Temple Pilots, Tegan and Sara and Bush before making their SXSW debut in 2012 then returning in 2013.

The band also toured the UK and Europe for the first time in 2013 as support for The Smashing Pumpkins.

Their music has been heard on video games and TV shows including Stephen King’s Under The Dome and Parenthood.

The debut album ‘Orthodox’ was released on the indie label Bright Antenna Records in 2013. The new album ‘Are You Real’, released in September, has Warner Music distribution behind it.
