Billie Joe Armstrong And Norah Jones Discuss Foreverly Album

Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong and singer Norah Jones surprised the world last week with the announcement of their new album Foreverly.

The album is a track-for-track remake of a 1958 Everly Brother’s album.

Armstrong and Jones have done a complete cover of the 1958 Everly Brothers ‘Songs Our Daddy Taught Us’ album.

The original album was also a covers record so here we have Armstrong and Jones singing songs by Tex Ritter and Gene Autry as well as a few originals by The Everlys.

Here, in a promo video from Warner Brothers, the two talk about the making of the album.
