Billy Joel has signed up for a residency at New York’s Madison Square Garden and has now announced his first set of dates.
Joel turns 65 in May and has entered an agreement with the Garden to play once a month until there is no more demand which, if history holds, will be the rest of his or the venues life.
New to that residency is a June 21 date with tickets going on sale this Saturday at 10 AM (same for the May 9 show).
Billy has also added February 15 show at the Palace of Auburn Hills outside Detroit (tickets on sale December 9 at 10 AM for American Express Club Members, December 13 at 10 AM for the general public) and February 21 at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh (tickets on sale December 13 at 10 AM).
