The Dead Daisies will gather in a Sydney studio next week to lay down more new music.

With the self-titled album released in Australia today (February 7, 2014) the band is wasting no time on a follow-up.

The current line-up of The Dead Daisies featuring Jon Stevens, David Lowy, Dizzy Reed, Richard Fortus, Marco Mendoza and John Tempesta.

Mendoza, formerly of Thin LIzzy and also now with Black Star Riders, took time out from the band’s UK tour late 2013 and has returned to The Dead Daisies. Rolling Stones bass player Darryl Jones filled in for Marco’s absence.

The Dead Daisies have been talking it up on Australian television this week.
