The Disturbed guitarist and drummer have recorded ‘A Life By Design’, the debut album for Fight Or Flight due in July.

“During our hiatus from Disturbed, the separation anxiety from the fans came rather quickly,” explains Donegan.

Donegan recruited Dan Chandler of Evan’s Blue to front the band. Sean Corcoran from Ra plays bass and Jeremy Jayson is on guitar.

Fight Or Flight is expected to have a more contemporary sound than Disturbed. “This is more hard rock,” Donegan affirms. “It’s got edgy moments, but there’s more melody across the board. We had the chance to experiment as well. There are acoustic guitars and some electronics even. It’s different all around.”

The first single ‘First of the Last’ will be revealed on May 21. The ‘A Life By Design?’ album will be released on July 23rd through Warner Brothers.
