Elton John Final Australian and New Zealand Dates Announced

by Paul Cashmere on February 3, 2019

in News

Australia’s final Elton John tour will begin in Perth in November and Sir Elton will spend all of December and January and then into February touring Australia and New Zealand one last time.

“I always love coming back to Australia. Ever since my first visit in 1971 it has held a very special place in my heart,” Sir Elton said in a statement.

Elton last performed in Australia in 2017. He used his show at Rochford Winery to talk about the political turmoil of our times.

“North Korea. America. America. North Korea’, I actually hate it,” he told his fans at A Day On The Green.

As the father of two young children he said, “I don’t want my two boys to grow up in a world full of hate.”
