First Three You Am I Albums Return To ARIA Album Chart

Two of the most enduring and influential names in punk and power pop, Redd Kross and The Hard-Ons, have confirmed a significant update to their long-awaited joint Australian tour, announcing a Melbourne Saturday night venue upgrade alongside full national support details and documentary screenings that further underline the depth of history shared by both bands.

Tim Rogers, newly inducted into the Rock ‘N' Roll Hall of Fame, will return to the stage in March and April 2026 for a rare run of intimate solo dates. The tour, titled Le Charme Defensif, brings the celebrated Australian songwriter into close-quarters rooms across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and the ACT, offering a direct connection to a career that has shaped Australian music for more than three decades.

The Australian Music Vault has launched a major new display celebrating You Am I, the influential Australian rock band whose 2025 induction into the ARIA Hall Of Fame marks a significant milestone in a career that has shaped the sound of modern Australian music. The exhibition showcases rare archival posters, early media releases and original Juke Magazine clippings from the 1990s, alongside a contemporary photography series by Melbourne photographer Laura May Grogan. The result offers a detailed look at the group's early journey, their evolution and their enduring impact on Australian culture.

The Hard-Ons, one of Australia's most enduring and gloriously chaotic punk bands, are about to spill a bit of themselves - literally - into history. The acclaimed 2024 documentary The Most Australian Band Ever! is getting a physical Blu-ray release, complete with a deluxe box set edition that includes a limited-edition vinyl pressing made with the actual blood of band members Raymond Ahn and Peter “Blackie” Black.

The Ferguson Rogers Process, the collective of Lance Ferguson of The Bamboos and Tim Rogers of You Am I, have slipped out a Space and Tim Dub mix of ‘A Long Year’.

You Am I will celebrate 30 years since the February 20, 1995 release of ‘Hi Fi Way’ with an Aussie tour playing the entire album as well as the ‘Hourly Daily’ in full.
