Kraftwerk Revisit Eight Albums In Museum of Modern Art Residency

German electro pioneers Kraftwerk have announced an eight night residency to take place at New York’s Museum of Modern Art.

The concerts are collectively titled Kraftwerk-Retrospective 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 and will see the quartet play eight of their albums in full, beginning with 1974’s Autobahn.

After the band have played the album, they will play some of their greatest hits which have been adapted to fit the exhibition.

If eight nights of Kraftwerk live isn’t enough, each night will also have a 3D visualisation of the album that they’re performing.

APRIL 

10 – Autobahn (1974)
11 – Radio–Activity (1975)
12 – Trans Europe Express (1977)
13 – The Man-Machine (1978)
14 – Computer World (1981)
15 – Techno Pop (1986)
16 – The Mix (1991)
17 – Tour de France (2003)
