Brisbane classical vocalist Mirusia has spent the past two weeks topping Australia’s classical chart with her solo album ‘This Time Tomorrow’.

The album combines contemporary classics like Bread’s ‘If’ and Queen’s ‘Who Wants To Live Forever’ with classical standards ‘Pie Jesu’ and ‘Ave Maria’.

Mirusia rose to fame as key vocalist for maestro André Rieu. With Rieu she performed for the coronation of King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands and has toured the world as part of his orchestra.

Mirusia is the ambassador of the Australian Children’s Music Foundation and has raised over $250,000 for the foundation. She is also an ambassador for the Dutch Social Network Foundation, raising funds for sick children and their families.

As well as topping the Australian Classic Chart, the DVD edition of ‘This Time Tomorrow’ has also been stable as a Top 5 DVD.

Mirusia ‘This Time Tomorrow’ is available at JB HiFi
