Metallica have been working on their next album and have slipped a sample of what to expect from fans.

In the video Lars Ulrich is seen in the studio while James Hetfield lays down sounds for the next record. It may only be a few seconds but Metallica fans will accept new music one note at a time.

Metallica released ‘Lords of Summer’ during 2014.

The last Metallica album was ‘Death Magnetic’ in 2008.
