Melbourne pub rock legends Painters & Dockers will perform the post-match entertainment at next weekend’s Reclink Community Cup.
Painters & Dockers formed in Melbourne in 1982 and went on to generate two hits in ‘Nude School’ and ‘Die Yuppie Die’ in 1987.
The band has performed on a handful of occasions since 2009 when they reformed for The AGE EG Hall of Fame.
The 2014 Reclink Community Cup will see the Rockdogs, led by coach Tex Perkins and captain Tim Rogers take on The Megahertz, made up of community radio broadcasters and volunteers.
