Paul McCartney releases new song ‘Get Enough’ with Ryan Tedder

Paul McCartney has released a brand new song for 2019. ‘Get Enough’ was co-written and features Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic. Tedder also produced the ‘Get Enough’.

The song is not from the recent McCartney album ‘Egypt Station’. Instead the electronica undercurrent of the song suggests the more experimental direction found on McCartney II. This one also features Autotune, a studio tool usually reserved for the musically untalented.

‘Get Enough’ is certainly a throwaway song. The Tedder stamp is all over it and it will be easily disregarded by many core McCartney fans.

McCartney die-hards will enjoy it just because its new.

Sir Paul also left fans a New Years message at his website:

“I hope everyone has a really brilliant New Year, with all the fab things they’ve hoped for coming true,” he said.

“And I hope things work out on all the political fronts – that we get more peace than ever, people look after each other and we have a good time!”
