in Live,News

Paul McCartney is heading to Japan in May to perform his first shows there since November 2013.

McCartney has already announced South America dates starting in Montevideo on April 19.

The shows will be a continuation of the Out There tour from last year.

Paul McCartney now has six South American dates and three Japan dates so far announced for 2014. He has not played Australia since 1993. McCartney was meant to perform two shows in Australia in 2002 exclusively in Melbourne but cancelled using the Bali bombing as his official reason.

Japanese dates

May 17 and 18, Tokyo National Stadium
May 24, Osaka, Yanmar Stadium, Osaka
