Perth Artist Shameen To Tour East Coast Australia

Perth soul singer Shameen will head east for summer for in February.

Shameen will before a farewell hometown gig in Perth in January and then commence her east coast dates in Melbourne before travelling to Canberra, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane and Byron Bay before heading back west with a stop-over in Adelaide.

Shameen will release her album ‘The Second City’ on January 16 with the launch at the Subiaco Arts Centre. The album’s new single ‘Under One Sun’ was co-written with Grammy Award winning UK based producer James Bryan (James Blunt, Nelly Furtado).

‘The Second City’ is Shameen’s second album. “I’m also feeling a mix of anticipation and impatience. I’m guessing that this is how a pregnant woman feels; I’ve been cooking this album up for so long and I just want to give birth to it already,” she said.
