in News

After Anthony Kiedis in a codpiece for the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Go Robot video, the band has decided to go in a bit different direction for the new single, Sick Love.

Directed by singer/songwriter/visual artist Beth Jeans Houghton, the video tells the story of a young girl traveling from Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles in search of fame and fortune. Well, it’s not quite that simple but you probably wouldn’t believe it if we detailed all the strange things that go on.

Chief animator for the project was Joseph Brett with Houghton as co-animator.

Sick Love is from the album The Getaway.
