Roger Waters John Mayer And Joe Walsh Among Many To Perform At Levon Helm Tribute Concert

On Wednesday night, a long list of performers will come together at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, NJ for the Love For Levon concert, a tribute to the late Levon Helm and a benefit for his estate to help them keep ownership of home, barn and studio and to continue the weekly Midnight Ramble Sessions.

Don Was and Larry Campbell will lead the all-star band with Keith Wortman (We Walk the Line: A Celebration of the Music of Johnny Cash) producing. Appearing will be:

Previously, Sandy and Amy Helm, Levon’s wife and daughter, said “We are deeply moved that so many musicians and friends of Levon’s are coming together to celebrate his life and his music, and to help us keep his musical spirit and vision alive in the Midnight Rambles. We want to continue to honor his legacy by creating a musical landmark at the Barn, one that inspires and celebrates Americana music and its heritage.”
