Steely Dan will perform a series of their greatest albums over an eight night residency at The Beacon in New York City.

For the fourth time, Steely Dan will play a residency at the Beacon from October 6 to 17, something that they did in 2009, 2011, 2013 and, now, 2015.

Carrying on another bi-yearly tradition, the band will be setting special themes for each of the nights although the album Aja and their greatest hits each get two of the eight evenings. The final night is called The Grand Review which the band says will be “”The Most Unforgettable Night of Whatever – Featuring Spectacular Musical Guests, Glorious Tunes and Riffage, and Whatever the Party Calls for! Parking Validated for First Dozen Diehard Fans”.

Tickets for the shows go on sale on May 28 at 10 AM for American Express members, June 4 at 10 AM at the Beacon box office and general public on June 5 at 10 AM. All times are EDT. There is also a “buy three get one free” deal on tickets for the first four or second four shows in the series.
