Taylor Swift Groper DJ David Mueller Found Guilty And Order To Pay Swift $1 Damages

Denver DJ David Mueller has been found guilty of groping Taylor Swift and must now pay the pop star $1 in damages.

Swift only claimed the $1 damages pay-out because it was more important to get justice from Mueller instead of fitting him financially.

Mueller met Swift at a meet and greet four years ago for his radio station KYGO Denver. He hosted the meet and greet.

Mueller was fired from the station for the grope and sued Swift for $3 million in damages. She counter-sued with the $1 case.

On Friday the court threw Mueller’s $3m case out of court and now today upheld Swift’s claim for the $1.

In the photo taken of Swift, Mueller and Mueller’s girlfriend it is clearly seen that Mueller has his hand on Swift’s bum. His lawyer argued that she was not distressed and her dress was “perfectly in line” indicating that he didn’t point his hand up it.

However, a jury of two men and four women found the scenario inappropriate and ruled in favour of Swift.

Swift pursued the case “for all females”.
