The Soul Movers is something completely different from Sydney. They are a soul band features one of The Wiggles and a member of Radio Birdman.

Lead singer Lizzie Mack originally formed The Soul Movers with Deniz Tek or Radio Birdman. He is now out by Birdman keyboard player Pip Hoyle is in. The guitarist is Murray Cook, formerly of The Wiggles.

The Soul Movers is rounded out with Andy Newman on bass and Darren Ryan on drums. Their new album ‘Testify’ also features a guest appearance from a nothing Wiggle (wake up) Jeff Fatt as well as Amanda Brown from The Go-Betweens.
