The Voice winner Karise Eden has been predictably successful over the last few weeks, although the show itself seems to have the least staying power of any of the singing contest programs.

Regardless, the people love Eden, and they’re going to love her Heavenly Sounds tour even more. Following successful church shows from Seeker Lover Keeper and Lisa Mitchell, Eden will test out the acoustics of holy places in the major capitals this October.

Tickets go on sale this Friday July 20 through Ticketek. All shows are all ages.

Watch Robert Plant Return To Roots With Intimate Tiny Desk Concert Performance

Robert Plant stepped into the Tiny Desk space on a windy Halloween afternoon and immediately commented on the minimalist setup, telling the room that it reminded him of Live Aid, adding that he could not hear himself there either, because the format avoids amplified vocals and personal monitors. The limitation did nothing to unsettle him, because Plant has long embraced reinvention, moving from the power of Led Zeppelin to the refined folk, blues and roots recordings he has championed over recent decades.
