The second annual Melbourne Guitar Show was a stunning success.

Thousands of musicians and music fans gathered at Melbourne’s Caulfield Racecourse for the two-day event on 6 and 7 August.

For the music fan, The Melbourne Guitar Show showcased performances by Kevin Borich, Phil Manning, Dean Ray and Shannon Bourne were just some of the highlights on the outdoor stage.

Inside, exhibitors included Fender, Cilia Guitars, Allans Billy Hyde, Bass Centre, Bass Centre, Yamaha, Roland and Maton just to name a fraction of the displays.

Organiser Rob Walker created the Melbourne Guitar Show as an opportunity for fans and musicians to have a hands-on experience with their favourite brands and for musicians to network and share their experiences of the industry.

The weekend finale was the all star Triple M Jam with Bob Spencer, Brett Kingman, Phil Ceberano, Shannon Bourne, Simon Hosford and James Ryan.
