Sydney hip-hop trio True Vibenation have just released their debut album ‘The Sunshower Phenomenon’.

True Vibenation is African/Australian twins Verbaleyes and Native Wit and friend DJ Gabriel Clouston.

The twins have been jamming together since they were little so technically True Vibenation has been around since 1999.

The album fetaures appearances from Raashan Ahmad (Crown City Rockers), Hau (Koolism/Triple J Hip Hop Show), Zimbabwean singer Chris Gudu and Alphamama.

A video for the first single ‘Work, Work, Work’ (featuring Alphamama) shows them rapping through the streets and subways of Sydney. But that isn’t all True Vibenation do.

As a sideline True Vibenation also operates as a community focus group running music workshops for disadvantaged kids across New South Wales.
