Wreckless Eric has added one final Australian show and Melbourne fans are the beneficiaries.

Wreckless Eric is in Australia for the first time in over 35 years touring for David Roy Williams. The tour started in Wellington, New Zealand on November 7 and in Australia Eric has travelled from Brisbane to Perth.

The 64-year old UK punk rock legend rose from the new wave that delivered Elvis Costello, Joe Jackson and Ian Dury.

Eric was one of the original Stiff Records artists with Costello and Dury as well as Lene Lovich, Graham Parker, Nick Lowe and Rachel Sweet.

Wreckless Eric became best known for his song ‘Whole Wide World’.
