As well as Mayer, former Rolling Stones guitarist Mick Taylor, who played with the band at their two London shows, will also fly in for both New Jersey shows tonight and Saturday (December 15).

The Stones had previously announced Bruce Springsteen, The Black Keys and Lady Gaga will perform with them on Saturday for the final show.

The Rolling Stones played their first US show last Saturday night with special guests Mary J. Blige and Gary Clark Jr.

They also performed ‘You Got Me Rocking’ and ‘Jumping Jack Flash’ yesterday at the 12-12-12 concert at Madison Square Garden.

Mick Jagger also did David Letterman’s Top 10 this week.

The Saturday 50 and Counting show will be broadcast live on pay-per-view. In Australia you can watch the performance on Foxtel’s Main Event channel.
