Harry James Angus (The Cat Empire, Jackson Jackson) performs three solo songs that play out like the most evocative, riveting short stories.

Harry has assembled a collection of fascinating tales on his new solo album Little Stories. Each is a elegantly drawn snapshot of ordinary and extraordinary life – folksy tales that twist and turn and leave indelible images in your mind.

He played three in the studio making for one of the most captivating sets we’ve seen.

First, the riveting moral conundrum of love and betrayal ‘Matty And Josie’, the a bittersweet elegy to the simple joys  ‘In The Smallest Hours’, and finally a sad, slightly satirical take on ambition in ‘My Boring Life’.
