33 Artists Selected for the Corner Award Longlist

Melbourne’s iconic Corner Hotel has revealed the 2019 Longlist for the annual Corner Award.

Previous winners include Baker Boy, Cable Ties and Sampa The Great. 33 acts have been selected for the 2019 honor.

The prize is:

$5k cash prize
Plus, for next Corner show (within 12 months of announcement)
• All show promotion & production
• Pre-production time at Bakehouse Studios prior to the show
• $1000 towards artwork costs from Mushroom Publishing
• 2 week poster run from Plakkit
• Full page ad package from Beat
• $500 towards merch production with UNIFIED Merchandise Services
SHORTLIST PRIZES
• 3 x off peak rehearsals in the best available room at Bakehouse Studios
• $200 food & drinks voucher for Corner Hotel (valid for 12 months)
