Chisel have been thoroughly touring the country on their Light Up The Nitro tour, playing greatest hits sets to spectacular reviews. Their appearance at what is usually a very laid back festival will be sure to set the night on fire.

Oh, and if you’re one of those “Pfft, bogans,” type of people, it’s time you got over the cultural cringe that can come along with Chisel and got your arse to one of their shows. They’re one of the greats and they’re still not shy of showing it.

Cold Chisel will light the nitro on day one of the festival, Thursday April 5, 2012.

Remaing dates on the Light The Nitro tour are:

DECEMBER

8 – Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne, VIC
9 – Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne, VIC
11 – Newcastle Entertainment Centre, Newcastle, NSW
13 – Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane, QLD
