Ed Sheeran Fans Treated To An Early Morning Performance In Hosier Lane

Ed Sheeran gave an impromptu performance in Melbourne’s picturesque Hosier Lane on Monday morning as part of a live television broadcast for iHeartRadio in the USA.

Sheeran was the recipient of Song of the Year at the iHeartRadio Awards and gave his acceptance speech from the Melbourne laneway.

The appearance was leaked to fans via social media with the ones who turned up sworn to stay quiet until after the show. Then Ed played ‘Perfect’ for them.

He then left telling the fans, “good rest of your day… I’m gonna go back to bed.”

Sheeran will be perform the last of his four Melbourne stadium shows tonight (March 12, 2018). He has played to over 200,000 people in Melbourne. Over 1,000,000 Ed Sheeran tickets have been sold across Australia.
