Axl Rose and the latest iteration of the group are going where few rock acts have gone before, taking on a residency in Las Vegas. Motley Crue led the way earlier this year with a two week run of shows. Guns N’ Roses’ run will be for 12 shows.
They will be starting the Appetite for Democracy residency on October 31 and running through November 24 at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. They are promising material from their debut album through their latest, 2008’s Chinese Democracy.
Alan Niven, the former manager who guided Guns N' Roses through the most explosive years of their career, has filed a lawsuit in the United States seeking to unblock the release of his memoir Sound N' Fury: Rock N' Roll Stories. The action was filed on 3 November 2025 in the District Court of Arizona, with Niven requesting a jury trial and a declaration that a 1991 confidentiality agreement cannot be used to stop his book.

Axl Rose sang his Guns ‘n Roses classic ‘November Rain’, Billy Corgan performed an acoustic version of Smashing Pumpkins ‘To Sheila’ and Alanis Morissette performed her recent song ‘Rest’, written about Chester Bennington but appropriate in these circumstances.
After Perth, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Guns N’ Roses Australian tour set up in Sydney on Sunday night (27 November 2022) with AC/DC’s ‘Whole Lotta Rosie’ added to the setlist.
