Stanley Simmons, the new collaboration between Evan Stanley and Nick Simmons, has released its debut single Body Down. The project brings together the sons of KISS co-founders Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, yet the music heads in a direction far removed from the band that defined their childhood.

Nearly half a century after KISS marched through the streets of Manhattan in borrowed business suits, the band's third studio album Dressed To Kill has returned in a lavish 50th Anniversary Deluxe Edition. Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley have produced an unboxing video of new set, revisiting the frantic early years that forged the record and ultimately launched KISS toward global domination.

KISS have returned to the stage for the first time in two years, and for the first time since the death of Ace Frehley, the legendary guitarist who helped define the band's sound. The shows formed part of the three day Kiss Kruise, held at the Virgin Hotels complex in Las Vegas. While the band stepped away from the road following the End Of The Road tour in 2023, the return to performance has offered long term fans a chance to reconnect with a group that has shaped rock culture for more than fifty years.

Ace Frehley, the founding lead guitarist and cosmic trailblazer of KISS, has had his cause of death officially confirmed, several weeks after he passed away at age 74. The Morris County Medical Examiner in New Jersey has ruled Frehley’s death an accident, confirming the guitarist died from blunt trauma to the head following a fall.

The 76-year-old musician was briefly hospitalised after reportedly passing out behind the wheel of his Lincoln Navigator, which veered across several lanes of traffic and collided with a parked vehicle just before 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7.
