Sheila E will perform her own shows in Sydney and Melbourne in December.

Sheila E made her forst recording with jazz bassist Alphonso Johnson in 1976 and went on to record or play with George Duke, Lionel Richie, Marvin Gaye, Herbie Hancock and Diana Ross before starting work with Prince.

Sheila met Prince in 1978. They hooked up to create Purple Rain. Sheila E is the female singer on ‘Erotic City’. She then made her own song and had a hit with ‘The Glamorous Life’ in 1984 and ‘A Love Bizarre’ with Prince the following year.

Sheila E’s new song ‘Girl Meets Boy’ is about Prince.

Inspired by recent loss, Sheila E. tells the story of the first time she met longtime collaborator and former fiancé Prince in her newest single.

In awareness of the incredible response to the “Girl Meets Boy” song and video, we at Stiletto Flats recognize the need of so many millions to heal. As our gift of love, appreciation, and empathy with you, we ask that you please accept the work to download and listen to, to help with our healing process.
