Trippy rock unit The Brian Jonestown Massacre and Danish duo The Ravonettes plan an Australian visit.

BJM are preparing the release of their new album Aufheben, recorded in ringleader Anton Newcombe’s Berlin studio, and featuring founding member Matt Hollywood, as well as  Will Carruthers (Spacemen 3, Spritualized), Constatine Karlis (Dimmer) and Thibault Pesenti (Rockcandys).

Aufheben will be released on April 30, and the band will be here soon after with cult Danish indie rockers The Ravonettes, who have reportedly gone darker on their new album Raven In The Grave.

Tickets for the shows will go on sale next Thursday 8 March from Ticketek for Sydney and Cenberra, Ticketmaster for Melbourne, MoshTix for Adelaide and Newcastle, BOCTicketing for Perth, and the venue in Brisbane.
