Bon Jovi ‘New Jersey’ is about to get a make-over as part of the 30th anniversary of the release of the band’s first album and 13 songs left of the original album will be packaged into the new release.
‘New Jersey’ was Bon Jovi’s fourth album. Released in 1988 the album went to sell 18,000,000 copies worldwide.
When Bon Jovi ‘New Jersey’ was still a work in progress it was envisioned as a double album with the title ‘Sons Of Beaches’. The end project was cut back to the 12 track album released in 1988
The new record will include the 13 tracks not originally released on ‘New Jersey’ but considered for the ‘Sons of Beaches’ double album. The tracks will be released on the expanded version in their original demo form as they were never completed to final stages back in the day.
The expanded edition of ‘New Jersey’ will be released on June 27.
