Laneway Announces 2014 Dates

Laneway Festival has announced its 2014 dates for Australasia, as well as details of some notable changes to some of the festival venues.

One of Australasia’s most forward-thinking festival will again run in it’s 11th year, and can be defined by its one-of-a-kind locations, a line-up featuring tomorrow’s superstars.

The indie-alternative festival is also set to take to the stage in Detroit, USA for the first time on September 14th.

Bands headlining the festival include Australia’s Chet Faker and Flume, as well as America’s The National, alongside other names including Chvrches, Frightened Rabbit and Icona Pop.

Laneway has announced the following venues for 2014:
January 25th / Singapore / The Meadow, Gardens By The Bay
January 27th / Auckland / Silo Park
January 31st/ Brisbane / RNA, Fortitude Valley
February 1st / Melbourne / Footscray Community Arts Centre (FCAC) And The Rivers Edge
February 2nd / Sydney / Sydney College Of The Arts (SCA), Rozelle
February 7th / Adelaide / Harts Mill, Port Adelaide
February 8th / Perth / Esplanade Park and West End, Fremantle

The lineup will be announced on the 24th of September, 2013.
