The launch date for the ‘Human Spring’ album will be on Thursday, June 6 at the John Curtain Hotel in Melbourne and then Buchanan will play Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria dates in July.

“We’re incredibly excited to be taking this album on the road and to cities we’ve never played before as a band,” says lead singer Josh Simons. “The recorded versions of our songs have a lot going on, so for the live show we tore it apart, and honed in on what made each song special, building it back up from there. It’s a very energetic show!”

The ‘Human Spring’ album was mixed by Andy Baldwin (Midnight Juggernauts) and mastered by Geoff Pesche (LCD Soundsystem).

Buchanan is Josh Simons (lead vocals, guitar and piano), Luke Shields (guitar), Miles de Carteret (bass) and Tom Crimmins (drums).

Dates are:

June 6, Melbourne, The John Curtain Hotel
July 10, Brisbane, Black Bear Lodge
July 11, Gold Coast, Coolangatta Hotel
July 12, Sydney, The Old Manly Boatshed
July 13, Sydney, GoodGod Small Club
July 20, Melbourne, The Workers Club
