Evanescence Announce Australian Tour

Evanescence will return to Australia for their first tour since 2007 in March.

The band, with special guests Blaqk Audio, will kick off the tour in Canberra on March 23. Blaqk Audio is AFI frontman Davey Havok’s other project with guitarist Jade Puget. They will release their second album later this year.

Evanescence released their third album through EMI in 2011.

Dates for Evanescence and Blaqk Audio are:

March 23, Canberra, Royal Theatre
March 24, Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena
March 26, Brisbane, Convention Centre
March 28, Newcastle, Entertainment Centre
March 29, Sydney, Entertainment Centre

Tickets go on sale at 9am, February 9.
