Melbourne’s Art Rock Band Fierce Mild Set Date For New Music Launch

The lost art of the Art Rock band has been resurrected with Melbourne band Fierce Mild.

Art Rock was a 70s genre attached to acts like Talking Heads, Yes, Genesis with Pink Floyd, The Moody Blues and David Bowie also fitting within the parameters of the genre.

Fierce Mild formed in Melbourne in 2012. They took their name from a joke line by comedian Dylan Moran but they do admit the classic art rock bands of the 70s have influenced their 21st century sound.

Fierce Mild’s new music is a song titled Dasein. They will launch the single in Melbourne at the end of this month.
