Coldplay are playing the 45,500 capacity Allianz Stadium in Sydney.

Promoter Michael Chugg said he, “couldn’t be happier at the public’s response to Coldplay’s first stadium tour in Australia. There is no stopping this band. It’s been a huge thrill to watch their popularity grow over the years – they just keep getting bigger and better and now it’s monstrous! I saw their outdoor show in
Hollywood just a few weeks ago and it’s nothing short of spectacular, the
lucky fans that got their hands on tickets are going to be blown away!”

Earlier this month, Chris Martin said, “We can’t wait to get back to
Australia this November. It’s such a special place for us. These venues are
pretty huge, the Aussie crowds are always incredible and we’ll be bringing
everything we’ve got. It’s going to be big”.

Coldplay Australia and New Zealand tour dates are:

November 10, Auckland, Mt Smart Stadium (capacity 47000)
November 13, Melbourne, Etihad Stadium (capacity 53300)
November 17 and 18, Sydney, Allianz Stadium (capacity 2 x 45500)
November 21, Brisbane, Suncorp Stadium (capacity 52500)

Total capacity for the 5 concerts to date: over 240,000
