Royal Blood had musical royal blood present at their New York show when Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page came along to watch the UK duo.

Page came along to watch the Brighton duo perform at New York’s Mercury Lounge on May 12.

Royal Blood are Michael Kerr on bass and vocals and Ben Thatcher on drums. Their sound is derivative of Page’s band Led Zeppelin. On Facebook the band boasted, “Jimmy Page came to watch us at The Mercury Lounge in New York this evening.’

Royal Blood also performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
