There are no fancy effects at a Dead Daisies show. The pedigree of experience from the collection of members of Noiseworks, Guns N Roses, Red Phoenix and Thin Lizzy focuses the audience solely on the music.

The Dead Daisies sound is all about influences.

The setlist features songs from The Faces, The Beatles and Free and you can follow that lineage through to their original material, especially the Bad Company inspired ‘Lock N Load’.

The band performed as special guests of Aerosmith on their Australian and New Zealand tour. The line-up is Jon Stevens, David Lowy, Richard Fortus, Marco Mendoza, Clayton Doley and Alex Carapetis.

The Dead Daisies have just released their debut song ‘Lock N Load’ featuring Slash.

The setlist from their New Zealand show was:

Gonna Take Time
Evil
Bible Row
Writing On The Wall
Washington
All Right Now (Free cover)
Yesterday
Miles In Front Of Me
Stay With Me (Faces cover)
Lock N Load
Helter Skelter (Beatles cover)
