The Doors’ newly issued Live in Bakersfield, August 21, 1970 is one of the most compelling live documents to surface from the band’s archives in years. Released on both CD and limited edition vinyl, the concert captures Jim Morrison, Ray Manzarek, Robby Krieger, and John Densmore in a unique and unpredictable setting.

‘Songs from the Canyon’, a show featuring the music of Joni Mitchell, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, The Mamas & The Papas, The Byrds, The Beach Boys, Carole King, The Doors and many more will be performed at part of the Live at the Gardens series.

The Doors live album ‘Live in Vancouver 1970’, released physically in 2010, has been finally added to streaming services.

Since 2008 The Doors Alive have been performing the music of The Doors with around 200 performances in 20 countries over that time.

The Doors have sold an exhaustive slate of branding and publishing rights in a "monumental" deal.

The Knack have released a historic recording of the band live from 25 September 2001, recorded just two weeks after the September 11 terrorist attack on New York City and Washington DC. They also had a close connection with The Doors’ co-founder Ray Manzarek.

The Doors’ co-founder and drummer John Densmore has commented on the classic Doors album ‘LA Woman’ 51 years after its release.
