Boy & Bear will top off a successful 2013 with a full on national tour in April heading into the regional areas of Australia as well as the cities.
During 2013 Boy & Bear toured Australia, Europe and the USA. They showcased at SXSW in Austin in March. The Boy & Bear album ‘Harlequin Dream’ debuted at number one on the Australian chart this year and was certified Gold by ARIA.
For 2014 they have announced 30 dates starting in Mackay, Queensland and ending in Dubbo, NSW. The tour will include the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
“This will be the most extensive regional tour the band has done and we are very much looking forward to it,” said singer Dave Hosking. “We love the idea of playing to new people in new and exciting parts of the country.”
Getting into the Christmas mood Boy & Bear have revealed a brand new video for the title track from ‘Harlequin Dream’. The video was directed by Kris Moyes (Sia, Beck, The Presets).
The video was filmed in the Philippines 14 days after Typhoon Haiyan.
