Zoran’s wishes were for the band to continue and dates had been set prior to his passing on March 31.

Former Superjesus/Androids guitarist Tim Henwood was recruited to take Zoran’s place in the band for the upcoming shows.

A statement from Darren Danielson, Starfish drummer and Zoran’s business partner reads, “Postponed shows by Chocolate Starfish in Melbourne and Geelong had hoped to be honored by the band after the  passing of guitarist & songwriter Zoran Romic on March 31.

“This difficult time has had a greater impact on the band than first realized and therefore performances will be re scheduled mid 2012”.

The cancelled Chocolate Starfish dates are:

April 19, Geelong, The Bended Elbow
April 21, Chelsea Heights, Chelsea Heights Hotel
April 27, Melton, Mac’s Hotel
April 28, South Morang, Commercial Hotel
