John Farnham Heads Up Another Red Hot Summer Tour For 2018

by Paul Cashmere on August 20, 2017

in News

Farnham will head out with Daryl Braithwaite, The Black Sorrows, Baby Animals and 1927 for dates in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania in February and March.

Tickets for the previous Farnham Red Hot Summer dates were snapped up in no time, but be warned, do not buy tickets from scalper site Viagogo.

Farnham called Viagogo “absolute bastards” in an interview with Cameron Adams in the Herald-Sun.

Viagogo sells concert tickets at inflated prices but buyer beware … there is no guarantee the tickets are genuine and people caught out with the fake tickets will not only not be admitted to the shows, but will also lose their money.

“Audiences loved seeing John Farnham as part of the 2017 sold out tour,” promoter Duane McDonald said in a statement. “We’ve joined together an incredible Aussie line-up, some artists who have been part of the Red Hot Summer Tour family for a long time and some who we are newly welcomed to the stage. It is going to be a massive summer! We are taking the festival into some towns and venues that we have never played at before – look out, it is going to rock!”

Tickets are on sale at 12 pm Thursday 24th August 2017 through Ticketmaster.
