MØ Drops Out Of Falls Festival

by Paul Cashmere on December 28, 2016

in News

MØ is a no-show for Australia’s Falls Festival over new years.

The Danish electronica singer-songwriter featured on Major Lazer’s number one hit ‘Lean On’ and Iggy Azalea’s ‘Beg For It’.

A statement from The Falls Festival reads:

Sorry guys, we don’t like to be the bearer of bad news any more than you like to receive it…

Sadly due to illness, MØ is unable to fly to Australia and perform at Falls Festival. Over Christmas she was struck with pneumonia and doctors orders are that she remain home to recover. She is upset to be missing the festival and performing for her followers; we wish her a speedy and full recovery.

MØ has been replaced with Golden Features, aka Sydney producer Tom Stell.

The Falls Festival is on over the New Years long weekend.
